The first National Symposium on Cellulose hosted by The Chinese Chemical Society and organized by the Cellulose Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society and Sichuan University was successfully held in Chengdu Jiayuan International Hotel from October 11 to 13, 2019. More than 600 experts and scholars from universities and research institutes across the country attended the symposium.
There are six themes for participants to discuss. Theme A: Structure, function and application of cellulose based materials;
Topic B Basic theory and function of nanocellulose;
Theme C Efficient green conversion of cellulose;
Subject D Lignin separation, structure, modification and application;
Topic E Development and utilization of other biomass resources;
F Forum on Cellulose Chemicals and Cellulose Regenerated Materials Industry.
