The POLYMAT series is an international conference on polymers and advanced materials organized by researchers from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and outstanding materials scientists from other countries. It is held every two years and is one of the important international academic events in the field of polymers and advanced materials.
More than 300 delegates from the United States, Canada, China, France, Spain, India and Mexico were invited to discuss the latest developments and future trends in the field of polymers and advanced materials.

After the meeting, Professor Yang Guang and Dr. Xiao Lin were invited to visit Professor Tejal Desai of University of California, San Francisco (academician of American Medical College), and discussed with Professor Desai the possible cooperation between the two sides, as well as the possibility of student exchange and signing of cooperation intention between the university and the college.
Finally, I was invited to visit the laboratory of Professor Min Zhao at the University of California, Davis and had in-depth exchange of views with Professor Zhao and his team on the cooperative research topic (stimulation and regulation of cell growth and migration by electrical signals).
