Beauty of China, beauty of HUST
My name is Abeer and my Chinese name is 韩美. I fall in love with my Chinese name because it has 美, which represents beauty. When I came to China I was being overwhelmed by all beauty around me. The trees, flowers, lakes, mountains, monuments, historical buildings, people, culture....etc. Most of the time I can’t even put words together to describe all this beauty around me. As a student in HUST, I was fascinated by its beauty which is a good representation of the beauty of China. As it was called the forest university. China and HUST beauty and monuments were too beautiful to resist. I couldn’t find the perfect words to describe its beauty, so I tried to draw it. I took a piece of paper and a pencil and started to sketch the lines, curves and beauty of these beautiful monuments and places. It wasn't my hand who was drawing, it was my soul. I was so excited. I bought oil colors, brushes and canvases. I tried to describe this beauty with my paintings. I then understood that all the beauty around me was too much amazing to resist. I painted places representing beauty in China, I painted places and monuments of HUST, I painted about how China and Wuhan overcome the time of the pandemic. This is my way to describe my beautiful encounter with China, Wuhan and HUST. Thank you China, Wuhan and HUST for this. All this beauty, strength, wonders and peace around me has affected me deeply. I wonder how much beauty I still must see. I wonder how much beauty China still has. All these wonders can't be missed. I wish to have the opportunity to see all beauty and wonders of China. I wish to paint them all. All the way from my soul to the whole world.
