Introduction:

本发明提供一种木醋杆菌菌株及通过它制备纳米纤维素皮肤组织修复材料的方法。制备方法如下:首先将保藏在斜面上的木醋杆菌(Acetobacter xylinum Y05,CCTCC M 207163)制成摇瓶种子,静态培养获得纳米纤维素膜。再将培养好的膜分离纯化,然后与天然多糖(壳聚糖等)和蛋白质(胶原蛋白、丝素蛋白等)复合制成。这种纳米修复材料具有良好的生物相容性,与人体皮肤相近的柔韧性和强度,还具有良好的可塑性和弹性,可适用于各种不规则伤口表面,并且能够长久保持水分等,可以用作临床上烧伤、慢性皮肤溃疡等皮肤损伤或缺损的皮肤替代物和医用敷料等。


ABSTRACT:


NOVELTY - A Acetobacter xylinum Y05 (CCTCCM 207163), is new.
USE - The Acetobacter xylinum Y05 (CCTCCM 207163) is useful for preparing nano cellulose dermal tissue repair material (claimed) useful as dressing material for skin injury, burn or chronic ulcer of skin.
ADVANTAGE - The nano repair material has excellent biocompatibility, flexibility, can be applied to the surfaces of various irregular wounds and has the ability to maintain moisture on skin.
