摘要:
本发明公开了一种制备型凝胶渗透色谱柱用多孔再生纤维素圆柱体填料的制备方法,该方法是将6-10%纤维素铜氨溶液与高分子成孔剂按不同比例混合均匀。将此混合液挤出成丝状,在0-10%NaOH水溶液中于20-40℃下凝固,然后在H­ 2SO 4水溶液中再生。最后切成所需长度的圆柱体,即得到凝胶渗透色谱柱填料。由此填料制成的色谱柱可用于生物高分子、合成的聚合物等大分子在水或各种有机溶剂中的分级、分离和纯化。该制备型凝胶渗透色谱具有简便、快速、价廉的特点。
