Introduction:

本发明提供了一种在微生物表面高效导入磁性纳米颗粒,获得活体磁性微生物的制备方法,即将待磁化的微生物进行活化培养后用适当的聚阳离子和聚阴离子的稀溶液对微生物细胞表面进行改性处理,然后加入CaCl2溶液和磁性纳米颗粒的水溶液以及Na2HPO4和NaOH,生成的磷酸钙沉淀沉积在微生物细胞表面,磁性纳米颗粒掺入到磷酸钙的沉积层中而附着于微生物细胞表面,制得的磁性微生物可保持活性。本方法可操作性强,对于不同种类的微生物具有较好的普适性,可以使一般微生物活细胞额外获得趋磁性,可应用于微生物生物制造的过程控制,进一步组装微纳米新材料和新器件。
