Introduction:

摘要:
本发明公开了一种制备高抗水性高强度生物可降解膜的方法。以芦苇浆、麦秆浆或短绒浆原料,采用新铜氨法通过中试设备制造再生纤维素膜。该法的特点是铜用量少(2%-3%),再生纤维素溶解迅速。这种膜只用少量稀桐油交联后就具有优良的抗水性能和强韧性,干膜和湿膜的抗张强度分别为312kg/cm­2和200kg/cm2;断裂伸长分别为83%和88%。其力学性能优于聚乙烯膜,而且无毒、无害、耐低温。该膜埋在土壤中半年左右可被微生物完全降解掉,有利于环境保护,因此是理想的农用膜及包装膜材料。而且大规模工业化生产可创造显著的经济效益和较高的社会效益。
