Introduction:

摘要:
本发明公开了一类利用甘蔗渣浆和麦秆浆两种原料制备再生纤维素防水膜的方法。按铜氨法制备再生纤维素膜经增塑、干燥后用可降解性的低分子量聚氨酯和不饱和聚酯混合涂料在膜两面涂布,固化交联得到防水膜。该膜耐水性优良,在水中浸泡1小时后其强度仍保持85%以上,膜浸泡24小时再晾干后其收缩率在4%以上,水汽渗透量在0.01(g/cm2·day)以下。该膜可取代非降解性塑料膜用于生物可降解性要求很高的场合,如地膜、植种膜、育苗袋等。
