Summary:
The development of nano-biotechnology provides a new strategy for the early diagnosis and efficient treatment of major diseases. Nano-biomaterials with special nanostructures and chemical compositions are the cornerstones of nano-biotechnology development. Compared with traditional organic nano-biomaterials, inorganic nano-biomaterials have the advantages of high biosafety, many functions, good chemical / thermal stability, and therefore show good performance and application prospect in biomedical field. In this report, we will focus on several new types of inorganic nano-biomaterials, including zero-dimensional mesoporous silica / mesoporous organosilicon nanoparticles, two-dimensional inorganic nanosheet materials (oxides, Transition metal sulfide, MXene, etc.), and organic / inorganic hybrid three-dimensional injectable implant materials. The report will be divided into three aspects: design, controllable preparation, performance evaluation and evaluation of biological effects of inorganic nano-biomaterials. It is discussed in the aspects of drug release, diagnosis and imaging, gene therapy, ultrasound treatment, cardiac therapy, tumor diagnosis and treatment In the field of application.
